- Full ARI registered name
- ARI number
- All animals must be micro chipped
- Per the 2017 show rules (Part 8 - Section 1-C): “All alpacas entered in or present at the show must be tested for BVDV using the PCR test. One test in the lifetime of the alpaca is sufficient to ensure that it is not a Persistently Infected (PI) alpaca. The BVDV “negative” or BVDV “not detected” test result must be written on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) along with the date of the test, the lab that performed the test and the testing method (PCR).”.

Stalling and Bedding Information

Stalling is based on a first come first served basis with Preferred Stalling provided to Sponsors, based on sponsorship level and entry date. Requesting group stalling with other farms may result in the adjustment of sponsorship placement.

Stalls are 10 X 10 on concrete floor and cost $160.00 each. Electricity is included. There is no limit on the number of stalls per farm, but only one stall may be used for a farm display with a limit of three alpacas per stall including cria.

If you would like to have an additional stall next to or near your alpaca stalls to use for a farm store vendor space, please make that request at time of registration. The discounted rate of $125 is available and is limited to ONE vendor stall per farm.

Fire code prohibits fans, chairs, supplies, etc. in the aisles. You will be asked to move items if not found in compliance.

One bag of bedding will be provided per stall. We suggest placing plastic mats over this bedding. Please see Barn Manager for additional bedding purchase. This show uses pellet bedding so please plan accordingly.

If you wish to share stalls with another farm BOTH farms must make this request during online registration. No changes are allowed at check-in.

Early Bird Registration Discount

Stalls are $140 if you register before February 3, 2024!
Halter Fees are $50.00 per animal if you register before February 3, 2024

Check-In and Vet Check Process

Check-in is March 8, 2024 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Late check in: If unavoidably detained, please contact Elizabeth Bernard (618)231-6007 or Bart Leinberger at: (217) 632-2590. All alpacas are checked for microchips once in the facility. Have two copies of your CVI with microchip and ARI numbers with you at check in. If you are a major sponsor, all color compliance and check in is completed in your pen.

Important note regarding Microchip Numbers: Due to various microchip manufacturers, we are asking that if you have a reader other than the standard Avid universal reader, please bring that with you. If the chip cannot be read with our universal reader, and you do not have one available, you will be required to have the alpaca chipped and will pay the appropriate fee. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. You will be required to complete a new chip disclosure.
